Easley Silos – 122 Folger Ave, Easley SC

Learning from experience, Base 360 knows modern day food hall concept and construction. The Silos developers knew that experience is exactly what they needed to bring their dream to life. The Silos converted a grain silo into 5 restaurants (3 of which are in railroad cars) and of course you can’t leave out the brewery. Completed mid-2021. www.easleysilos.com

Gather GVL – 126 Augusta St, GVL

Base 360 is proud have constructed a Greenville staple, a modern day food hall constructed out of re-used and purpose built shipping containers. Gather GVL was one of the most challenging, yet rewarding projects in our Chronicle. Completed early 2020. www.gathergreenville.com

Elements West – 806 Green Ave. GVL

 

Originally constructed in 1927-1933. It was built as a “cotton warehouse” to support the textile industry and the areas several textile mills located in close proximity to its location. Constructed of brick and heavy timbers, its layout and design will blend very well with the intended use of “Loft Apartments”. The one and two bedroom floor pans vary in size from 639-1273SF and will showcase the structure’s original 11-14′ ceilings and exposed brick walls. Located just ½ mile from Greenville’s new baseball park and a short distance from downtown it’s ideally situated as housing for the singles and young professionals that work in the downtown and nearby medical facilities. Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar

Located across the street from Flour Field in downtown Greenville, this business was created to thrive. Howard Dozier (Owner) hired Keel Architects and Base 360 to create one of his many successful business. Completed summer of 2022.

229 Augusta St. GVL, Condo Project

For this project Base 360 developed, custom designed & constructed this 6900sf structure. This is home to 2 condos and one Air BnB unit. Materials and design are what give a building character. The front door came from a 1600’s Belgian castle. We salvaged and reused many bricks from the demolition of the structure that was on this site previously. The use of reclaimed timbers was also implemented to give this building true beauty. Completed in late 2020.  

6 Hall St, GVL – Spec Build

Completed in spring of 2022, Boyd Architecture group nailed the modern Scandinavian design.

8 Hall St, GVL – Spec Build

Completed in late 2021, this 1650 sf home was masterfully designed and space planned. Base 360 partnered with Ruell & Ray LLC (interior design specialists) for this venture. Design credits, Boyd Architects.

Dobra Tea – Village of West GVL

Completed in early 2020, Base 360 was hired by Dobra Tea to construct their very warm and inviting tea shop.

Madabolic, McBee Ave. GVL

 

BASE 360 completed the upfit of Madabolic in McBee Station in Downtown Greenville, SC. BASE 360 was the General Contractor for the upfit of one of the most intense fitness arenas in the Upstate.

The Elements on Mohawk, Greenville SC

BASE 360 was the developer and builder for a 19 unit Energy Star Townhome and Condo community created to maximize comfort and health while minimizing environmental impact. The Elements, located just 1.4 miles from Greenville’s city center is a community that offers residents ultra-efficient homes with lush native landscaping in the middle of a thriving urban environment.


Greenlife Grocery, Asheville NC

BASE 360 was the project manager for a historic restoration in downtown Asheville of an old A&P grocery store into a new high end organic grocery chain. Completed in 2005.

Mitchell House – Thomasville, GA

Base 360 was 1/7th part of the development team that brought this 1880’s hotel and department store back to life in 2009. It was converted into 13 retail bays and 32 condos. Project cost $13m+
